We do

• take great care that we have all the information we need about your pet in advance
• answer any questions you may have on the phone
• take enquiries and repeat bookings by phone or email

We do not

• take first bookings through the Internet , because we believe it is important to talk to you personally about your pet
• take dogs with serious behavioural disorders (aggression, incontinence, etc)

Your first booking
is a two stage process.

First a brief phone interview about your pet's needs and care.
This includes:
• your contact details
• arrival & departure dates, and any uncertainties
• your pet’s name,breed, sex, & age
• your pet’s likes and dislikes, along with their suitability to stay in a petsitter's home

Second, you fill a registration form which we email or post to you. This gives us much more comprehensive information. For example
• full contact details, including vet and emergency contact
• exercise and feeding details and preferences, including any treats
• behaviour details, including likes and dislikes
• health history

You may also find answers to many questions on our FAQ
For instance:
• what do I need to provide for my pet?
• what happens if my pet is ill?
• how much exercise will my pet have?
• who are the host families and individuals?
• where are your petsitters?
• can I visit my petsitter beforehand?

Prices:   

In general, we are about the same price as kennels, but a much happier experience. 

Our most popular service is where dogs stay with carefully selected, dog loving families, and this costs £17 a day for most dogs. All prices follow:
